What is an underwater car?
An underwater car is a car that is worth less than is owed. Anytime you buy a car and finance the purchase price, unless you put down a significant downpayment, sometime during the loan, the loan balance will always exceed the value of the car. This is because cars lose value as they increase in age and mileage, and interest charges consume your loan payments off the top, before principal can be paid down.
Why do underwater cars need a rescue?
If you have an underwater car, there is no way out with your lender! No lender in the USA will release their lien so you can sell your car without the debt paid in full. So, imagine you have a car worth $30,000 but holding $40,000 of debt. The most anyone will buy the car for is $30,000. But you can’t get clear title, so you can’t sell it! Your only options with your lender are to pay your loan payment or face repossession.
How can we help?
We are building a fleet of elite rental cars. You can send us your car to rent. From the rental income each month, we will make the payments. The more payments we make, the less underwater the car will be.! With our unique car rental industry advantages, we are able to rent your car efficiently enough to cover your car payment, insurance, and maintenance, and even have a modest profit left over to share with you!
What about insurance? Aren't I liable if the renter causes an accident?
No. There are state and federal laws that protect the owner of a rental car. If a renter causes an accident, only the renter is liable. We will add your car to our fleet insurance policy, which covers the car in the event of an accident not already covered. You will be able to cancel your car insurance and save that monthly expense.
What if the rentals don't cover the payment?
If the rental income from your car in any month is less than the payment to your lender, the cost of insurance and maintenance, we will cover that shortfall. We will not ask you for any cash towards expenses. Simply, from the time you send us your car to rent, you will be free of car payments, insurance and maintenance costs. Again, any losses won’t impact you in any way, except that in profitable months, we must cover previous losses before sharing profit with you.

What is the profit split?
50/50. Once the car payment, insurance, and all expenses are paid, we split the cumulative profits 50/50 with you on a monthly basis.
